adventurer, conservationist, writer and photographer
For me, human relationships and our very complex and conflictive relationship with nature is not fully comprehensible. Those relationships can become clear for small, beautiful moments, but they are ephemeral and mutating.
Being a photojournalist is a privilege, but don’t get me wrong, we are not simple spinners of dreams, we are commited, dedicated, hard-working, passionate artists. We have a collective commitment to truth and reality.
Each photojournalist dances to the click of a different shutter, my particular brand of is the tapestry of indigenous people.
With my images I want to remind us all that we are all part of the family of man, and our fortunes are inextricably intertwined.
